The rules for the Splendev Solutions customer care SMS programme — what we send, how often, and how to stop it.

01  /  Scope

The programme

These terms govern the Splendev Customer Care SMS programme, operated by Splendev Solutions Private Limited ("Splendev", "we", "us").

By opting in, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't opt in — you can still use our services and reach support by email.

This is a customer care programme. It exists so we can keep you updated on a support request you raised. It is not a marketing channel and we do not send promotional messages on it.

02  /  Consent

How to opt in

You receive SMS from us only if you actively ask for it. There are two ways that happens:

  • Our contact support form. At splendev.net/#support you enter your mobile number and tick a consent box. The box is unchecked by default and you must tick it yourself.
  • During a support interaction. You ask an agent to text you updates, and we record that request against your ticket.

The consent wording shown on our form is:

"I agree to receive SMS text messages from Splendev Solutions about my support request, including ticket confirmations, case status updates and appointment or callback reminders. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase."

Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving support. We record the number, the wording shown, the timestamp and the page URL for every opt-in.

Only opt in with a mobile number you own or are authorised to use. Tell us at support@splendev.net if your number changes so we don't message someone else.

03  /  Content

What we send

Messages relate only to a support request you raised or a service you engaged us for:

  • Ticket confirmations and reference numbers
  • Status updates on an open case
  • Appointment and callback confirmations or reminders
  • Replies to a question you sent us
  • Planned or unplanned service notifications, for managed service customers

Examples of what you'd actually receive:

Ticket confirmation
Splendev Support: Your ticket #48219 has been received. Our team will respond within 4 business hours. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg&data rates may apply.
Status update
Splendev Support: Update on ticket #48219 — your issue has been resolved. Reply Y to confirm or N to reopen. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

We will never send you marketing, promotions, offers, or third-party content on this programme.

04  /  Volume

Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your support activity. A typical support case generates 1–5 messages. If you have no open case, you receive nothing.

05  /  Charges

Cost

Splendev does not charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply — your mobile carrier may bill you for receiving or sending SMS under your plan, including international rates. Check with your carrier if you're unsure.

06  /  Opt-out

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message from us. We also accept END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT and STOPALL.

You'll get one final confirmation and then nothing further:

Splendev Support: You have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe or email support@splendev.net.

Opting out of SMS doesn't close your ticket or end your support — we'll simply reply by email instead. To opt back in later, reply START or tick the consent box on the form again.

You can also email support@splendev.net and ask us to remove your number.

08  /  Delivery

Carriers and delivery

We send these messages through a licensed messaging provider. Delivery depends on your carrier's network and settings, and we can't guarantee that every message arrives or arrives on time.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Where a message matters, we also record it against your ticket so you can read it in email or in our support system.

Messages may not be supported by all carriers or handsets.

09  /  Eligibility

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and the owner or authorised user of the mobile number you enrol. This programme is for business support contacts and is not directed at children.

10  /  Data

Privacy

We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent data with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes. Your number is used solely to deliver the customer care messages described above, and is shared only with the messaging provider that transmits them on our behalf.

We keep a record of your consent — number, wording shown, timestamp, page URL — as compliance evidence, and we keep opt-out records indefinitely so we never message you again by mistake.

11  /  Updates

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change, and for material changes we'll notify you by SMS or email before they take effect. Staying opted in after a change means you accept the updated terms.

We may also suspend or end the SMS programme at any time, with notice where practical.
